This is the foundation on which every other stage of The Conscious Spaces Method builds. All work is conducted remotely. No site visit is needed.

Two practitioner-led remote assessments, delivered as part of one considered journey at a preferential price.

The Home & Land Energy Alignment uses traditional and ancient wisdom to explore the unique energetic relationship between you, your home and the land it sits on. The practitioner works to harmonise these energies so your space supports your wellbeing, your relationships and your intentions.

The Geopathic Stress & Energy Impact Check precisely maps the hidden earth energies beneath your property. It identifies underground water veins, geological fault lines and natural grid crossings, and recommends practical solutions from optimal bed and desk positioning to decisions about building placement.

Commissioned together, the two form the complete energetic foundation of your home. You receive £50 off the combined price of the two services.

The Process

One intake. Two practitioners. One considered journey.

1. Pay the Energy Foundation Bundle fee of £850. Your place is reserved once payment is received.

2. We arrange a video call with you, approximately 20 to 30 minutes. In one call we walk you through the intake for both services and create your floor plan together. We make this step genuinely easy. You do not need any prior knowledge of energy work.

3. You email us photographs, of your home and the land it sits on and of each of the key rooms inside. These can be taken on your phone. We will guide you on the call if you need help with this step.

4. We reserve your place in both practitioners' schedules once your floor plan, photos and intake information are with us.

5. You are notified of the dates booked for each assessment. The two are scheduled with their respective practitioners and are typically completed within two to three weeks.

6. Your practitioners conduct the two remote assessments. No site visit is needed for either.

7. You receive your two detailed written reports, each typically within 7 days of its respective assessment. Your Geopathic report includes your annotated floor plan.

8. We support you throughout. Any questions or concerns, please contact us.

What we need from you

• Photographs of your home and the land it sits on, taken on your phone
• Photographs of the key rooms inside the home
• A 20 to 30 minute video call with us to complete the intake and build your floor plan
• Basic information about the surrounding area, which we gather on the call
• An email address we can send your reports to and a phone number for the call

That is it. One onboarding call. Two complete assessments. We guide you through the rest.

Scheduling

Once payment is received and your intake is complete we will liaise with you to confirm dates with both practitioners. The two assessments are scheduled separately with their respective practitioners and are typically completed within two to three weeks. We welcome clients worldwide. All work is conducted remotely.

Service Terms — The Energy Foundation Bundle

1. What you are purchasing A practitioner-led remote Home & Land Energy Alignment and clearing, a practitioner-led remote Geopathic Stress & Energy Impact Check, two detailed written reports each delivered typically within 7 days of the respective assessment date and a follow-up consultation call to discuss both reports. The Geopathic report includes an annotated floor plan. This is an advisory wellbeing and indoor environment consultation. It is not a medical, therapeutic, clinical or surveying service.

2. Payment Payment of £850 is taken in full at the time of booking. This fee is non-refundable once either of the two assessments has been conducted. The £50 saving is applied automatically at the point of bundled purchase. The bundle discount is not available retrospectively on services booked and paid for separately.

3. Scheduling and rescheduling Your assessment dates are confirmed by email once your intake is complete. If you need to reschedule either assessment please do so at least 48 hours before that assessment date. Rescheduling requests received inside 48 hours may result in forfeiture of that assessment. We will always try to accommodate genuine emergencies where we can.

4. Cancellations If you wish to cancel before either assessment has been conducted you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase provided neither assessment has taken place. If one of the two assessments has been conducted, the conducted assessment is charged at its standalone price of £450 and the balance refunded.

5. Onward engagements are scoped separately This bundle is a standalone booking. It does not commit either party to further work. Any onward engagement, a Wellbeing Block, Conscious Project, Full Immersion or other, is subject to its own terms, provided at the point of that booking, covering scope, scheduling, deliverables and fees.

6. What this service is and is not The Energy Foundation Bundle is an advisory wellbeing and indoor environment consultation. It is not a medical consultation, and nothing discussed within your consultation or contained in either of your written reports constitutes medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. It is not a building survey, structural survey, or certified indoor environmental or air quality survey, and it does not replace assessment by a qualified surveyor, medical practitioner or licensed inspector. Conscious Spaces is not a CIEH-registered Environmental Health practice and does not provide statutory environmental health services. Recommendations are advisory only, based on the information you provide, and you retain full discretion over whether and how to act on them. They should not be solely relied upon for health, safety, property or purchase decisions.

7. Confidentiality The content of your consultation is confidential. We will never share details of your consultation with third parties without your consent except where required by law.

8. Intellectual property Your written reports and annotated floor plan are provided for your personal use only. You may not reproduce, publish or share them commercially without the written consent of Conscious Spaces Ltd.

9. Consumer rights These terms do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

10. Limitation of liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, Conscious Spaces' total liability to you arising out of or in connection with this bundle, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), misrepresentation or otherwise, is limited to the fees paid by you for the service. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential or economic loss, including but not limited to loss of income, loss of opportunity, loss of data, costs of remedial works, or the cost of any products, services or professional fees incurred by you or third parties in reliance on our recommendations. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with them is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
