A practitioner-led remote investigation of the earth energies beneath your home, delivered as a detailed written report with an annotated floor plan. Using your floor plan, property photos and a map of the surrounding area, your practitioner conducts a thorough remote assessment, mapping the location of Geopathic Stress lines and crossing points, the presence of underground water veins and fault lines and any overlapping man-made influences that may compound the natural earth energies.

Where Home & Land Energy Alignment explores the energetic and spiritual dimensions of your space, Geopathic Stress & Energy Impact Check focuses on the physical earth energies beneath it. Many clients commission both together as The Energy Foundation Bundle.

The Process

We take care of every step. You do not need to know anything about geopathic stress to move through it with ease.

1. Pay the Geopathic Stress & Energy Impact Check fee of £450. Your place is reserved once payment is received.

2. We arrange a video call with you, approximately 20 to 30 minutes, to work through our short intake form together and to create your floor plan. We make this step genuinely easy. Most clients are surprised by how simple it is.

3. You email us photos of your home, ideally of each of the key rooms. These can be taken on your phone. We will guide you on the call if you need help with this step.

4. We reserve your place in your practitioner's schedule once your floor plan, photos and intake information are with us.

5. You are notified of the date booked with your practitioner for the assessment.

6. Your practitioner conducts the Geopathic Stress & Energy Impact Check on that date. No site visit is needed.

7. You receive your detailed written report with your annotated floor plan, mapped geopathic stress lines and practical recommendations, typically within 7 days of the assessment.

8. We support you throughout. Any questions or concerns, please contact us.

What we need from you

• Photographs of the key rooms in your home, taken on your phone
• A 20 to 30 minute video call with us to complete the intake and build your floor plan
• Basic information about the surrounding area, which we gather on the call
• An email address we can send your report to and a phone number for the call

Scheduling

Once payment is received and your intake is complete we will liaise with you to confirm a date with your practitioner. Assessments are typically scheduled within 14 days. We welcome clients worldwide. All work is conducted remotely.

Service Terms — Geopathic Stress & Energy Impact Check

1. What you are purchasing A practitioner-led remote Geopathic Stress & Energy Impact Check, a detailed written report with an annotated floor plan delivered typically within 7 days of the assessment date and a follow-up consultation call. This is an advisory wellbeing and indoor environment consultation. It is not a medical, therapeutic, clinical or surveying service.

2. Payment Payment of £450 is taken in full at the time of booking. This fee is non-refundable once the assessment has been conducted.

3. Scheduling and rescheduling Your assessment date is confirmed by email once your intake is complete. If you need to reschedule please do so at least 48 hours before the assessment date. Rescheduling requests received inside 48 hours may result in forfeiture of your assessment. We will always try to accommodate genuine emergencies where we can.

4. Cancellations If you wish to cancel before the assessment has been conducted you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase provided the assessment has not yet taken place.

5. Onward engagements are scoped separately This service is a standalone booking. It does not commit either party to further work. Any onward engagement, a Wellbeing Block, Conscious Project, Full Immersion or other, is subject to its own terms, provided at the point of that booking, covering scope, scheduling, deliverables and fees.

6. What this service is and is not The Geopathic Stress & Energy Impact Check is an advisory wellbeing and indoor environment consultation. It is not a medical consultation, and nothing discussed within your consultation or contained in your written report constitutes medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. It is not a building survey, structural survey, or certified indoor environmental or air quality survey, and it does not replace assessment by a qualified surveyor, medical practitioner or licensed inspector. Conscious Spaces is not a CIEH-registered Environmental Health practice and does not provide statutory environmental health services. Recommendations are advisory only, based on the information you provide, and you retain full discretion over whether and how to act on them. They should not be solely relied upon for health, safety, property or purchase decisions.

7. Confidentiality The content of your consultation is confidential. We will never share details of your consultation with third parties without your consent except where required by law.

8. Intellectual property Your written report and annotated floor plan are provided for your personal use only. You may not reproduce, publish or share them commercially without the written consent of Conscious Spaces Ltd.

9. Consumer rights These terms do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

10. Limitation of liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, Conscious Spaces' total liability to you arising out of or in connection with this service, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), misrepresentation or otherwise, is limited to the fees paid by you for the service. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential or economic loss, including but not limited to loss of income, loss of opportunity, loss of data, costs of remedial works, or the cost of any products, services or professional fees incurred by you or third parties in reliance on our recommendations. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with them is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
