What is a Home & Land Energy Alignment?

A practitioner-led remote assessment and clearing of your home and the land it sits on. The practitioner explores what the space is holding, what no longer serves it and what is ready to be released. The work is shaped by decades of practice in traditional and ancient wisdom and delivered to you as a detailed written report with findings and practical next steps.

It meets you wherever you are in your relationship with your space. You may have just moved in. You may have lived somewhere for years and sensed something has never quite settled. You may be preparing a new home before you move, or supporting a family member through a difficult season in theirs.

The Process

We take care of every step. You do not need to know anything about energy work to move through it with ease.

1. Pay the Home & Land Energy Alignment fee of £450. Your place is reserved once payment is received.

2. We arrange a short onboarding call, approximately 15 to 20 minutes. We walk you through your property details and your aims for the consultation. If you prefer, you can complete our short intake form instead. Whichever route you choose, we make it simple.

3. You email us a few photos of your home and land. These can be taken on your phone. We will guide you on the call if you need help with this step.

4. We reserve your place in your practitioner's schedule once all of your property information is with us.

5. You are notified of the date booked with your practitioner for the alignment.

6. Your practitioner conducts the remote energy alignment on that date. No site visit is needed.

7. You receive your detailed written report with findings and recommendations, typically within 7 days of the alignment.

8. We support you throughout. Any questions or concerns, please contact us.

What we need from you

• A few clear photographs of your home and the land it sits on, taken on your phone
• Completion of our short intake form, or a 15 to 20 minute onboarding call with us so we can collate this information with you
• An email address we can send your report to and a phone number for the onboarding call

That is it. We guide you through the rest.

Scheduling

Once payment is received and your intake is complete we will liaise with you to confirm a date with your practitioner. Alignments are typically scheduled within 14 days. We welcome clients worldwide. All work is conducted remotely.

Service Terms — Home & Land Energy Alignment

1. What you are purchasing A Conscious Spaces practitioner-led remote Home & Land Energy Alignment and clearing, a detailed written report delivered typically within 7 days of the alignment date and a follow-up consultation call. This is an advisory wellbeing and indoor environment consultation. It is not a medical, therapeutic, clinical or surveying service.

2. Payment Payment of £450 is taken in full at the time of booking. This fee is non-refundable once the alignment has been conducted.

3. Scheduling and rescheduling Your alignment date is confirmed by email once your intake is complete. If you need to reschedule please do so at least 48 hours before the alignment date. Rescheduling requests received inside 48 hours may result in forfeiture of your alignment. We will always try to accommodate genuine emergencies where we can.

4. Cancellations If you wish to cancel before the alignment has been conducted you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase provided the alignment has not yet taken place.

5. Onward engagements are scoped separately This service is a standalone booking. It does not commit either party to further work. Any onward engagement, a Wellbeing Block, Conscious Project, Full Immersion or other, is subject to its own terms, provided at the point of that booking, covering scope, scheduling, deliverables and fees.

6. What this service is and is not The Home & Land Energy Alignment is an advisory wellbeing and indoor environment consultation. It is not a medical consultation, and nothing discussed within your consultation or contained in your written report constitutes medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. It is not a building survey, structural survey, or certified indoor environmental or air quality survey, and it does not replace assessment by a qualified surveyor, medical practitioner or licensed inspector. Conscious Spaces is not a CIEH-registered Environmental Health practice and does not provide statutory environmental health services. Recommendations are advisory only, based on the information you provide, and you retain full discretion over whether and how to act on them. They should not be solely relied upon for health, safety, property or purchase decisions.

7. Confidentiality The content of your consultation is confidential. We will never share details of your consultation with third parties without your consent except where required by law.

8. Intellectual property Your written report is provided for your personal use only. You may not reproduce, publish or share it commercially without the written consent of Conscious Spaces Ltd.

9. Consumer rights These terms do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

10. Limitation of liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, Conscious Spaces' total liability to you arising out of or in connection with this service, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), misrepresentation or otherwise, is limited to the fees paid by you for the service. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential or economic loss, including but not limited to loss of income, loss of opportunity, loss of data, costs of remedial works, or the cost of any products, services or professional fees incurred by you or third parties in reliance on our recommendations. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with them is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
